Why it matters
Most people looking up an exact age are filling in a form
"How old am I" is rarely idle curiosity. It is a cut-off date on an application, and being a month out is the difference between eligible and not. The app answers to the day, on the Gregorian calendar every one of those forms uses.
School and nursery admission
Entry is set by age on a fixed cut-off date, not by age today. Enter the cut-off as the reference date and the app gives the exact age on that day — for reception in the United Kingdom, kindergarten in the United States, Class I in India and Bangladesh, or any other system.
Visa, passport and ID applications
Most immigration and identity forms ask for age in completed years at the date of application, and some ask for age in months. Both come off the same screen.
Job and exam eligibility
Civil service, banking and defence recruitment across South Asia publish an upper age limit on a named date. Work out the exact age on that date before paying the application fee.
Pension and retirement

What is a working days calculator for?
It counts only the days you actually work between two dates. Notice periods, probation windows, delivery and invoice terms, project timelines and annual leave are usually quoted in business days, so a calendar-day count gives the wrong answer. You choose which weekdays count, whether the end date is included, and how many public holidays to subtract.
Which calendar does the app use?
